August 13th Leo took the plunge and started walking! We were out back on the tennis court, the kids were playing. The neighbor kids were over and little Ethan brought over a big yellow construction truck of some sort. Ethan left it to play in the cozy coupe (a.k.a. beep-beep around here). Leo crawls over, inspects this truck and starts playing with it. Well, as things go when you are 2 years old, Ethan then noticed Leo had it, left the beep-beep and came and took the truck. Leo stood up and walked right after it. My mouth dropped and Mikey and Naomi started screaming Leo's walking... Leo's walking!! This is Leo this morning... he's just cruising everywhere. We are so proud of you big boy.
The kids have been playing hard this summer and on many occasions after bath they all fall asleep before we can get them into their own beds. So sweet...
